Better, which is an app that builds on evidence- based methods and knowledge aim to create a value for both the induvidual and the organization. Through its health enhancing concept Better works to contribute to healthier and less stressed co-workers. The co-workers gets help to recognize symptoms of stress and are given effective, concrete and simple tools in order to improve their psychological health. All of the educational material and the tools in Better are based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and contains exercises in Mindfulness.

With the help of Better are you as an employer able to see if your co-workers have become more aware of stress and sleep related problems, but also if they have become more aware of what they can do themselves to avoid these problems.
